So glad to have found you! You may not remember me, but I was part of the staff of SCLC that worked out of the Warren Ave. Church in East Garfield Park,, 1965-67. I recall spending time with you and how you were always taking photos that none of us ever saw…..so some of us later decided you were a spy!

I started working in photography in 1969 when I moved to the SF Bay Area, and then doing video documentaries, first with a collective and then with a partnership, Ideas In Motion, ideasinmotion.tv…..but my real love has always been documentary still photography. Making the transition from film to digital has been a bit of a challenge, for all the reasons obvious to those who love the darkroom and the quality of film!

Am so curious to know more about you…..and wonder, do you still have your images from those days? I would love to see some…., we were all so young and impulsive, but what a life changing experience, being part of the movement in Alabama and Chicago. I am still very close to several folks- you may remember Claudia King and Sherie Land?

I so hope you see this and will write me back!
Best,
Lynn
