					<description><![CDATA[Thank you so much for the article on Rudolph B. Scott. I knew of him through
Joseph Franklin&#039;s  Book &quot;All Through the Night&quot;. However, I did not know all that
was written in this article, or that he and his wife are buried in Fairmont Memorial
Park Cemetary in Spokane. He was truly a Black Pioneer in Spokane who
accomplished much. His wife was also very active in the community. Thank you
