Tutu, Archbishop Emeritus of Cape Town, South Africa, as their keynote speaker at Senior Commencement May 13. Archbishop Tutu, an inspirational voice for justice, peace, truth and reconciliation throughout his ministry, retired from public life in 2010 but enthusiastically accepted Gonzaga’s invitation after being inspired by the global activism of Gonzaga’s students, faculty and alumni.
